NHPOA has added the following new regulations effective June 7, 2004:
- A $50 fee is required for new home construction
only.
- ALL property improvements MUST have a permit.
- All permit applications must include a detailed
plan of construction for materials used for foundation, walls, windows,
doors, and roof. Metal roofing or siding CANNOT be used for any
structure.
- Applications must include a detailed
orientation plan that clearly marks all setbacks, position relative to
lot boundaries, and relation to existing structures.
- All exterior colors must be clearly labeled for all surfaces. Colors
offensive to the conservative character of NorthHill will not be
allowed.
