Formal procedure for making complaints to North Hill subdivision
Any property owner with complaints are asked to submit them in writing to the NHPOA. Please send by mail to: NHPOA, PO Box 734, Carriere, MS 39426. The board members will discuss the issues involved and vote on any necessary action that needs to be taken. The board will deliver in a timely manner a written response to all parties involved (don't forget to include your contact information). Please do not ask to come to the board meetings since all but the annual meeting are held in closed session. If there are any questions, or in case of emergency, please contact a board member.
