No building or improvement of any type shall be erected, placed or altered on any lot in this development until the building plans, specifications, and plot plan showing the proposed location of such building or improvement have been approved in writing by the Architectural Review Committee and a North Hill Property Owner’s Association Building Permit has been issued as well as any permits required by law.

REGULATIONS:

 

1.    A portable outdoor toilet must be on site prior to start of construction.

2.     All lots must be kept free from trash and debris at all times including during construction.

If the lot is not clean, the N.H.P.O.A. has the following options:

A.  Call the lot owner and request the lot to be cleaned.

B.  If the lot is not cleaned within 7 days the N.H.P.O.A. has the right to clean the lot and charge the lot owner for the cleaning. The lot owner agrees to pay for the cleaning within 14 days after receipt of statement rendered by the N.H.P.O.A. and agrees that any unpaid charges together with all the attorney fees and reasonable costs of collection will constitute a lien against their lot.

3.    All improvements constructed shall comply with or exceed Southern Building Code.

4.    N.H.P.O.A. Permit must be posted on job-site.

5.   Submit updated plot plan with location of improvements within 30 days after foundation is poured.

 

I CERTIFY THAT I have been furnished with a copy of the North Hill Covenants and agree to comply with all provisions to the work. I understand that 1 am subject to the penalty provisions should I not comply.

 

I FURTHER UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT all measurements on building setbacks are from plotted and recorded corner

stakes and not the road.
